When will it ship?
Merlin ́s Bazaar will take about 1-5 business days to process your order, we will then ship it to you.
How long is the shipping time?
Average transit time to the United States: 3 - 14 business days
Average transit times for international: 14 - 30 business days
There are circumstances that are out of our control (Natural disasters, holidays, weather, etc) that may delay the arrival of the package. We can assure you that we will try our best to deliver your order on time.
Will I receive a tracking number?
We will provide the tracking number for your order once it is processed and shipped.
- Once you receive the tracking number you can monitor your order on our website.
- If the product is delivered through the US Postal Service there is a possibility you won't get a tracking number.

Returns and Replacements Policy
If for whatever reason you decide to return your product, you may have up to 30 days depending on the product, after your order has been delivered. Please take into account that you must cover the return cost if the product was not incorrect or damaged.

Can I cancel my order?
Yes you can cancel, as long as you do it in the next 24 hours
after submitting your purchase order.
I didn't get what I asked for?
If by any chance there has been a mistake and we send out an
incorrect product, we will take care of the return shipping cost if
needed, and we will send the correct item right away without
any extra cost.
Please return the original item within 30 days to avoid being charged for both the original and the exchange item
My item arrived damaged:
In case of receiving a damaged product, you can submit your
request on our website, where we will ask you for your order
number, a receipt, and evidence (photo or video) of the
damaged product:
- Once we evaluate the situation, we can happily send a
replacement or refund. - We will take care of the shipping cost.
My product does not work:
In case of receiving a non-functional product, you can submit
your request on our website, where we will ask you for your
order number and receipt, then we will contact you with the next
steps once we evaluate your situation.
